With the Windfall
Customer Internet Access System movers have the
ability to allow customers to see inside their warehouses
and view their data on-line. By logging on to a
secure designated site through a User ID and Password,
inventory information can be at your customers fingertips
to view, sort, filter, report on and create Work
or Service Orders.

Administrator Login
With the Internet System from Windfall, you
control the customers logins, passwords, and
security level. You don't need to call ACI
for anything except answers to any questions
that may come up.
Customer
Inventory Information
Once a customer logs in with their own personal
User ID and Password, they can start the filter
process to find the exact inventory piece
they are looking for. If needed the customer
can set up to three different filters for
their search.
If they don't have all the information, they
are able to browse their inventory to pick
the piece needed.
Inventory
Look-Up
Once the customer filters for what they are
looking for, the system will return all the
inventory meeting the criteria. Fields collected
by your warehouse staff are displayed in an
easy to navigate grid.
To make looking for product even easier, each
column can be sorted allowing alpha/numeric
viewing.
Detail
View
If the customer wants a more detail view or
description of a given inventory item, they
can click on the "D" next to the
line item and pull up the Detail View.
This view gives them all the detail about
the given piece including a digital image
if one was taken by the warehouse staff.
Online
Work Orders
Customers can pick what inventory items they
would like and create a Work Order directly
in the system. This Order then gets sent directly
to the warehouse system for processing. An
email also gets generated and sent to a designated
operations person to make sure all parties
on your staff are made aware.
Reporting
Reporting capabilities are the single most
important element of the system. It is the
only record of exactly what the mover has
in the warehouse.
Windfall's Report Generator allows your customer
to create and edit reports. This allows the
mover to take great pride in getting comprehensive
reports in formats customers can work with.
Reports can be ordered or filtered by any
data field collected. They can also be formatted
for downloading to Microsoft Excel.
All this allows your customer easy access
to their information 24/7 and also allows
them to format the data the way they like.
