Kim has been my primary contact for any issues that we have had with your product, and she has done a SPECTACULAR job with assisting us. First of all, she is very pleasant to work with, even in stressful situations. She has very good knowledge of the product. She has helped me through quite a few issues. The thing that impresses me the most with Kim is that she is prompt. If I’ve called and she is away from her desk, she has ALWAYS called me within an hour (to me, that is impressive – and a FIRST!).
